The Realtime Results Story (a letter from our CEO)

Realtime Results is a success story built on a foundation of teamwork, hard work and the belief that success lies in making every contact with customers, clients and each other memorable. We began with a small contact center in 2003 and have grown to become one of the top contact center operators in the Midwest. Today, we operate multiple centers serving some of the largest brands in the world with capacity for more than 1,000 representatives.

If you’ve ever been part of a start-up, you know the excitement that comes from rapid growth and the development of both your people and your organization. We’ve enjoyed that success, and today could never be considered a start-up. As we’ve grown our Contact Center services, we’ve expanded from our roots in Retail Support to Sales, Technical Support and a host of Back-Office support projects. We’ve also taken on some unique specialties including an entire practice built around product recalls and the development of the Open Door Sales Solution, an innovative solution for door-to-door sales reps and sales management.
